向日葵(300111.SZ)：2019年預虧1.23億元-1.28億元
格隆匯1月21日丨向日葵(300111.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損：1.23-1.28億元,上年同期虧損約11.46億元。
近年來，受國外對來自中國的光伏產品開展“反傾銷、反補貼”調查，以及國內調控光伏電站及分佈式光伏項目指標、調整上網電價及削減補貼標準、降低補貼強度等一系列不利因素的影響，尤其是2018年5月31日，國家發展改革委、財政部、國家能源局等聯合發佈《關於2018年光伏發電有關事項的通知》，受該文件的重大不利影響，光伏行業進入新一輪調整期，導致2018年公司經營業績大幅下滑，出現大額虧損。2019年，光伏行業形勢並沒有明顯好轉，公司主動採取措施，將光伏業務剝離出上市公司，減少其對上市公司業績的影響。
公司2019年度業績變動的主要原因如下：
1、出售虧損子公司
2019年12月31日，公司完成對浙江向日葵聚輝新能源科技有限公司和紹興向日光電新能源研究有限公司100%股權的出售。
2、壞賬準備計提
受光伏市場政策的影響，光伏全行業陷入資金嚴重緊張的嚴峻局面，為有效催收貨款，本期公司對多次催收仍未能如期收回貨款的客户單位提起法律訴訟。根據公司既定的會計政策對應收款項計提壞賬準備，並針對超出信用期長期無法有效收回且已提起訴訟的客户單位單獨考慮應收賬款的計提。
3、固定資產減值準備計提
受光伏電池片和組件產品市場價格的持續下滑，公司聘請了中介機構，對公司自有的光伏電站資產進行了評估，並根據評估結果對賬面價值低於評估價值的資產計提了減值準備。
4、預計負債
母公司預計補交出口退税損失
2018年4月份，母公司接受紹興税務局稽查局稽查，稽查發現母公司出口給原子公司向日葵(德國)光能科技有限公司(“德國向日葵”)組件貨款有較大金額尚未收款，按照税法要求對其中部分貨款所對應的出口退税，需退還給税務局，目前尚未結案，公司針對該筆税款計提預計負債。
2018年4月份，公司向紹興市税務局進出口分局作收匯延期備案申請，將2017年出口給德國向日葵的貨款延期收匯至2020年。備案期間，德國向日葵未支付任何貨款，並且母公司於2019年12月豁免德國向日葵債務，該筆出口應收款已確定無法收回，因此該筆出口對應出口退税應退還給國庫，公司針對該筆税款計提預計負債。
