格隆匯1月21日丨浪莎股份(600137.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告,預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將減少1320萬元到1900萬元,同比下降45.26%到65.15%。歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將減少1415萬元到1995萬元,同比下降61.01%到86.01%。
本期業績預減的主要原因:(一)主營業務影響:2019年受經濟下行和消費市場回升乏力、暖冬等影響,預計全年收入下降,費用增加,利潤減少。(二)非經營性損益的影響:公司不存在非經營性損益對業績預減構成影響。(三)會計處理的影響:公司自2019年1月1日起執行新金融工具準則,根據相關會計政策規定,按照會計核算的真實性與謹慎性原則,公司對2019年應收款項、存貨等進行了減值測試。
