東山精密(002384.SZ)與光韻達就HDI加工領域合作達成長期戰略合作意向
格隆匯1月21日丨東山精密(002384.SZ)公佈，2020年1月20日，公司與深圳光韻達光電科技股份有限公司(“光韻達”)在江蘇省蘇州市簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，就雙方在HDI加工領域的合作，促進雙方共同發展進步，達成長期戰略合作意向。
公司致力於為智能互聯、互通的世界提供技術領先的核心器件，為全球客户提供全方位的智能互聯解決方案，業務涵蓋印刷電路板、LED電子器件和通信設備等領域，產品廣泛應用於消費電子、電信、工業、汽車等行業。
光韻達是國內領先的激光智能製造服務與解決方案提供商，自2010年起在國內最早開始高密度互連印刷電路板(HDI)的激光加工與成型業務，在HDI製造加工領域積累了多項領先工藝技術並取得十多項發明專利。光韻達的BGA激光鑽孔相關發明專利，可實現最小為40um孔徑的超高精度鑽孔工藝。光韻達自主研發擁有知識產權的“PCB激光鑽孔無人工廠”，包括自動化上、下料機，盲孔檢查機，AGV智能運輸車等，配合高端激光裝備，可實現HDI加工生產的整線串聯，有效為客户提供整體解決方案，提升生產效率。
在2020年開始5G大規模商用的契機下，智能終端主板因芯片升級而迎來確定性的重大變革。HDI主板工藝和材料都有升級，行業的價值量增加，國內HDI製造與加工廠商迎來最好市場機遇。
協議雙方基於對雙方企業文化和經營理念的高度認同，雙方在各自領域的突出優勢，以及國內5G市場快速發展帶來的高階HDI的大量業務需求，經過友好協商，決定締結長期穩定的合作伙伴關係，開展在HDI加工領域的全面合作，促進雙方共同發展進步，為此雙方共同簽署戰略合作框架協議。
通過此次戰略合作，加強雙方在HDI生產製造領域的合作，有利於提高公司HDI相關產品的生產加工能力，提升公司在5G通信領域相關核心部件製造能力與競爭力。
