雲南白藥(000538.SZ)擬1億元參與廈門楹聯健康產業投資 共建產業投資平台
格隆匯1月21日丨雲南白藥(000538.SZ)公佈，為儘快推動公司相關戰略進入實施階段，公司擬在廈門楹聯健康產業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“楹聯基金”、“投資標的”)的融資中認繳1億元人民幣，作為楹聯基金的有限合夥人，共建產業投資平台。
公司期望藉助有限合夥型私募基金，有效結合普通合夥人的專業優勢和有限合夥人的資金優勢，最大限度地實現專業化分工和資源的有效配置，深化推進公司骨傷科解決方案發展戰略。此次投資將進一步拓展投資能力，藉助楹聯基金多元化背景的合夥人團隊，有效應對醫藥行業長週期的投資風險，推動構建公司外部孵化平台。各方有限合夥人將在投資機會、產業發展、人才配置等方面共享優質資源，強化各自企業和領域的發展。同時，楹聯基金擁有的骨科領域專家或醫院資源，未來可整合進入公司骨傷科戰略平台，有助於公司逐步發展為專業驅動的醫藥企業。
公司正處於關鍵轉型期，迫切需要發展為從品牌驅動走向品牌及專業雙驅動的公司。楹聯基金擁有研究驅動的投資模式、專業的投資團隊、多元化的專家顧問、醫藥頭部企業的資金，以骨科器械和藥品領域的新產品、新技術和新模式作為首要投資，通過創新與成熟項目、長期與短期項目相結合的投資策略，助力公司骨傷科全方位解決方案發展戰略。
