一化控股(02121.HK)公布,一名债权人已就将公司清盘向开曼群岛大法院提交清盘呈请。呈请寻求委任公司共同正式清盘人,已排期於2月3日上午10时正(开曼群岛时间)进行聆讯。公司正就有关事宜寻求专业意见,并正在评估呈请的影响。
公司正采取适当措施以解决导致股份暂停买卖的问题,并全面达成复牌指引以获联交所信纳。公司将尽快寻求恢复股份买卖。
应公司要求,股份已自2018年8月31日起停牌,并将继续暂停买卖,直至达成复牌指引为止。
