中威電子(300270.SZ)與來電科技簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯1月20日丨中威電子(300270.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)與深圳來電科技有限公司(“來電科技”或“乙方”)於2020年1月17日在中國杭州簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。合作內容如下：
1、甲方在深度情感人工智能、雲平台、大數據、物聯網等領域有深厚的技術積累，結合甲方的這些技術，可以幫助乙方研發更新一代智能化互聯網產品，提高乙方產品和服務的競爭優勢。
2、乙方在消費市場領域有強大的品牌優勢和銷售渠道，可以幫助甲方推廣基於深度情感人工智能的消費類電子產品，快速佔領市場，達到合作共贏的目標。
3、基於乙方已有的充電寶場景，正在通過與政府合作，積極佈局智能化安防系統，甲方可以為乙方提供完整的解決方案與技術支持。
4、基於乙方註冊用户超過1.8億人，甲乙雙方合作後，甲方可以為乙方的用户提供基於深度情感分析的健康監測等一系列增值服務，為用户提供更好的智能化體驗。
5、雙方有意利用各自的技術優勢、品牌優勢、渠道優勢、資金優勢，在新一代物聯網、大數據、雲平台技術、智能分析等領域展開深度合作。
6、條件成熟時，雙方可以共建技術研發中心，在更高層次上進行深度合作。
