格隆匯1月20日丨梧桐國際(00613.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2019年12月31日止年度錄得股東應占溢利約4700萬港元,較同期的溢利約1.09億港元下跌約57%。
董事會認為,該下跌主要由於集團所持作自營交易的投資及其他業務營運的收入下跌(按年下跌約900萬港元);公司於2018年第四季度向股東分派一間聯營公司的股份後再無應占聯營公司之溢利(去年同期約有2800萬港元);及預期不會錄得與去年同期相若的物業估值收益(去年同期約有2500萬港元)所致。
