光韻達(300227.SZ)與東山精密簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯1月20日丨光韻達(300227.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年1月20日在江蘇省蘇州市與蘇州東山精密製造股份有限公司(“東山精密”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，就雙方在HDI加工領域的合作，促進雙方共同發展進步，達成長期戰略合作意向。
公司是國內領先的激光智能製造服務與解決方案與提供商，公司自2010年起在國內最早開始高密度互連印刷電路板(HDI)的激光加工與成型業務，在HDI製造加工領域積累了多項領先工藝技術並取得十多項發明專利。公司的BGA激光鑽孔相關發明專利，可實現最小為40um孔徑的超高精度鑽孔工藝。公司自主研發擁有知識產權的“PCB激光鑽孔無人工廠”，包括自動化上、下料機，盲孔檢查機，AGV智能運輸車等，配合高端激光裝備，可實現HDI加工生產的整線串聯，有效為客户提供整體解決方案，提升生產效率。
東山精密緻力於為智能互聯、互通的世界提供技術領先的核心器件，為全球客户提供全方位的智能互聯解決方案，業務涵蓋印刷電路板、LED電子器件和通信設備等領域，產品廣泛應用於消費電子、電信、工業、汽車等行業。在2020年開始5G大規模商用的契機下，智能終端主板因芯片升級而迎來確定性的重大變革。HDI主板工藝和材料都有升級，行業的價值量增加，國內HDI製造與加工廠商迎來最好市場機遇。
協議雙方基於對雙方企業文化和經營理念的高度認同，雙方在各自領域的突出優勢，以及國內5G市場快速發展帶來的高階HDI的大量業務需求，經過友好協商，決定締結長期穩定的合作伙伴關係，開展在HDI加工領域的全面合作，促進雙方共同發展進步，為此雙方共同簽署戰略合作框架協議。
此次合作內容如下：
1、製造服務的合作
雙方將在HDI印刷電路板生產製造過程中開展合作，甲方憑藉其多年的HDI印刷電路板激光加工經驗與領先的工藝優勢，增強乙方HDI產品生產過程中激光加工的生產效率；乙方憑藉其HDI印刷電路板全流程的生產技術能力，以及多年積累的HDI印刷電路板核心客户與市場資源，有效提升甲方HDI印刷電路板激光加工的業務規模。
2、研發解決方案的合作
隨着HDI印刷電路板產品需求的不斷升級，雙方將共同探索高效率生產HDI產品的激光加工製程及其他相關製程的創新解決方案。甲方以自主研發擁有知識產權的“PCB激光鑽孔無人工廠”和高端激光裝備，配合乙方對HDI生產流程的技術經驗，形成能夠有效提升生產產能，提高產品品質和管理效率的創新方案。
3、市場拓展的合作
通過此次戰略合作形成的製造服務模式以及解決方案成果，雙方進一步加強在印刷線路板生產產品及加工領域的市場合作，通過資源互補，拓展雙方的產品線，強化規模優勢，提升雙方在電子製造業以及5G通信領域的競爭優勢。
通過此次框架協議的簽署，雙方將達成戰略合作伙伴關係，有利於雙方在HDI生產製造領域的合作，有利於擴大公司生產規模和加工能力，提升公司整體競爭實力，增加公司利潤，符合全體股東的利益。
