東方鋯業(002167.SZ)擬出售汕頭澄海區部分閒置土地及相關建築物
格隆匯1月20日丨東方鋯業(002167.SZ)公佈,公司為貫徹合理利用土地的基本國策,盤活存量土地資源,擬籌劃出售位於汕頭市澄海區國道324線東里路段南側(包括地面附屬物),土地使用面積128,687.90平方米的土地使用權,該土地地面附屬物面積2,727.53平方米。
此次交易標的土地使用權目前處於抵押情形,抵押在平安銀行廣州分行。除上述抵押情形,不存在其他限制權力轉移之情形,亦不涉及訴訟、仲裁事項或者查封、凍結等司法措施。公司將在上述土地使用權解押後進行交易。
