*ST尤夫(002427.SZ):2019年度扭虧為盈 預盈5000萬元–7000萬元
格隆匯1月20日丨ST尤夫(002427.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為5000萬元–7000萬元,上年同期虧損10.47億元。此次業績變動的主要原因如下:
1、公司2019年年度擬計提減值準備金額小於2018年年度計提減值準備金額;
2、公司於2020年1月3日發佈了《關於收到部分業績補償款的公告》,《周發章與上海垚闊企業管理中心(有限合夥)之協議書》中約定的4.5億元業績補償款將計入公允價值變動損益,從而增加公司2019年年度利潤總額4.5億元,公允價值變動損益屬於非經常性損益。
