蘭石重裝(603169.SH)2019年業績扭虧為盈 淨利預達5500萬元
格隆匯1月20日丨蘭石重裝(603169.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告，預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將實現扭虧為盈，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為5500萬元左右。歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為1500萬元左右。
2019年以來，公司緊緊圍繞“提質增效、扭虧增盈”這一中心任務，外拓市場、內抓管理，加快投入產出，年內公司產品產出總量同比上年增幅較大，同時受公司2018年下半年以來產品訂貨價格提升等因素影響，公司2019年度實現營業收入同比增長，攤薄了固定成本費用。
2019年，公司加大“兩金”壓降工作力度，經營活動現金流量得到很大改善。公司對前期判斷已發生信用減值的應收款項及時掌握客户資信情況通過法律訴訟等多種方式跟進催收，當期陸續收回貨款4800餘萬元，收回該貨款對應信用減值損失轉回約1400萬元。
公司前期承接的某新能源公司15萬噸/年焦油輕質化項目，因業主方無能力支付工程餘款，公司結合客户項目未來發展前瞻性信息、盤活資產的可能性及對可取回資產的測算，2018年末對已發生信用減值的應收款項提取了相應的資產減值準備，2019年公司及時掌握項目進展情況，年內公司與陝西神木錦界工業園區一家煤化工企業達成共識，以設備價值不受損的方式取回在該項目的設備所有權，並將該項目部分設備搬遷至陝西神木錦界工業園區，該批搬遷設備及對應價值已確認，未發生減值損失。通過搬遷，盤活了部分應收款項，對應信用減值損失轉回約3700萬元。
2019年，公司收到穩崗補貼、社保補助等與收益相關的政府補助約4300萬元，另前期遞延的與資產相關的政府補助約500萬元，根據新修訂的《企業會計準則第16號—政府補助》的有關規定，公司將上述政府補助作為其他收益計入當期損益。
