格隆匯1月20日丨錢江摩托(000913.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為2億元–2.5億元,同比增長215.67%-294.58%;基本每股收益0.44元–0.55元。
業績變動主要原因系本年度非經常性收益增加所致,其中:1)公司將所持浙江錢江機器人有限公司39%股權轉讓給浙江愛仕達電器股份有限公司,並於8月完成相關工商變更手續,確認股權轉讓收益約增加税前利潤9313萬元;2)全資子公司浙江益鵬發動機配件有限公司將位於山東省濟陽縣濟北開發區安康街37號工業用地的土地使用權、地上所有建築物的所有權及地上物和房屋內設備所有權轉讓,確認資產處置收益及其他收益税前約8299萬元;3)子公司無錫維賽半導體有限公司註銷,收回投資確認税前收益約866萬元。
