吉宏股份(002803.SZ)旗下深圳吉鏈以650萬元受讓眾享互聯6.19%股權
格隆匯1月19日丨吉宏股份(002803.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司深圳吉鏈區塊鏈技術有限公司(“深圳吉鏈”)於2020年1月16日與北京眾享比特科技有限公司(“眾享比特”)簽訂《股權轉讓協議》，約定深圳吉鏈以人民幣650萬元的價格受讓眾享比特持有深圳眾享互聯科技有限公司(“眾享互聯”)6.19%股權。
眾享比特一直致力於分佈式技術的探索，是國內外領先的金融與監管科技解決方案提供商，國內最早一批進行區塊鏈技術研發的公司之一，同時也是區塊鏈行業獨傢俱備國密牌照及最快國密算法的公司。現為國家高新技術企業、區塊鏈超級賬本Hyperledger成員，共取得29項軟件著作權、申報50項發明專利，22項發明專利已授權，並在金融+區塊鏈、物聯網+區塊鏈、存證+區塊鏈等領域有多項落地實施案例。

此次交易系公司積極佈局“產業+區塊鏈”戰略發展規劃、落實推動公司應用前沿新興技術至現有業務的重要舉措。公司多年經營累積了豐富優質的客户、渠道、技術等資源，深刻了解行業特點及區塊鏈技術在行業運用實施中的必要節點，擅長設計、搭建並推廣實體與互聯網相結合的應用場景，眾享互聯基於區塊鏈技術已取得多項發明專利和軟件著作權。通過本次交易，眾享互聯以專利技術授權/許可等方式為公司提供其所擁有知識產權的技術成果，為公司區塊鏈業務的運營管理、落地實施及實現技術創新提供指導。公司目前具有自主知識產權的“區塊鏈防偽溯源1.0”系統已正式上線，充分具備區塊鏈業務開展能力。
