格隆匯1月17日丨德永佳集團(00321.HK)公告,於2020年1月17日:(1)山富(作為業主)與公司非全資擁有附屬天津大富(作為租客)就租賃中國天津市和平區濱江道282號的天津濱江服飾商廈簽訂租賃合同;(2)立德(作為業主)與永備(作為租客)就租賃香港渣甸山白建時道22號簽訂租賃合同;及(3)永信興(作為業主)與永備(作為租客)就租賃香港新界葵涌興芳路223號新都會廣場第二座42樓4207B室及一個停車位簽訂租賃合同。
