《盈警響號》JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)料去年底止中期純利按年下跌
JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)預期,截至2019年12月31日止六個月純利將按年減少。
期內盈利減少,主要由於客戶作出工作安排的變更以及受惡劣的天氣狀況影響,導致正在進行的項目進度放緩;就貿易應收款項及合約資產確認減值虧損;上市後產生的專業及合規成本增加;及期內取得的部分新合約延遲執行。
公司表示,2020年6月30日止止年度開始起並無合約被取消,目前正積極投標及報價,尋求潛在新項目,現已提交10項投標及6項報價預期合約總額達約10.76億林吉特。
