大和:上調恆隆地產(0101.HK)目標價至26.4港元 評級“買入”
大和發佈報告稱,下調對恆隆地產(0101.HK)2019年盈利預測8%,以反映香港藍塘道的單位未來進一步的銷售,上調目標價2.7%,由25.7港元調高至26.4港元,維持“買入”評級。
該行表示,早前到訪了恆隆旗下位於上海的港匯恆隆廣場及位於無錫的恆隆廣場,認為上海港匯恆隆廣場的資產提升(AEI)計劃令購物中心有煥然一新的形象,定位正逐步提高。該行提到,新鴻基地產(0016.HK)旗下徐家彙國貿中心ITC的寫字樓將潛在提高徐家彙的租金,對港匯恆隆廣場也有利。
