格隆匯1月17日丨ST科林(002499.SZ)披露2019年年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損1.2億元-1.3億元,同比收窄77.72%-75.86%。業績變動原因説明:
1、因公司前期已墊資修建的光伏電站應收賬款回籠緩慢,根據財政部修訂後的《企業會計準則第22號——金融工具確認和計量》,對存量項目的應收款項計提大額減值準備,公司雖追回開給江西喜成貿易有限公司的票據轉回部分前期計提的資產減值損失,但由於存量項目應收賬款金額較大,衝抵後仍存在較大資產減值損失。
2、由於公司運營資金緊缺,且受光伏政策以及流動性緊張等因素的影響,公司2019年未新增光伏電站相關項目的業務,而運營管理費用、折舊攤銷、利息支出等各項剛性支出並未隨之減少,從而影響本期淨利潤。
