杭州園林(300649.SZ):2019年淨利預增20%-50%
格隆匯1月17日丨杭州園林(300649.SZ)披露2019年年度業績預告,公司預計2019年1-12月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6278.57萬元-7848.21萬元,同比增長20%-50%。
報告期內,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比同向上升,主要原因如下:
1.報告期內,公司在不斷鞏固公司設計業務核心競爭力的同時,充分發揮設計業務的入口優勢,積極拓展產業鏈的各項業務,不斷強化經營管理和市場拓展,運營管理水平有效提升。2019年公司的設計業務保持增長,工程總承包(EPC)業務持續實施,全年營業收入同比增長約50%-60%。
2.報告期內,公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為130萬元左右。
