格隆匯1月17日丨哈森股份(603958.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告,預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比,將實現扭虧為盈,實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤800萬元到1500萬元。歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1800萬元到虧損1100萬元。
公司本期外銷收入較上年同期增加,本期外銷業務盈利,上年同期外銷業務虧損。上年同期公司發生大額辭退福利、單項計提大額應收賬款壞賬準備及衝回母公司前期確認的遞延所得税資產從而增加遞延所得税費用,影響了上年同期業績。本期公司收到的政府補貼、出售房產收益、理財收益等非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約2650萬元。
