格隆匯1月16日丨大眾金融控股(00626.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止年度,集團實現營業收入16.05億港元,同比減1.72%;公司擁有人應占溢利4.66億港元,同比減8.65%;基本及攤薄每股盈利0.425港元;不派末期股息。
回顧年內,集團的利息收入增加港幣7450萬元或4.0%至港幣19.6億元,此乃基於貸款組合、債務證券及銀行存款收益上升所致,而本集團利息支出則增加港幣1.167億元或24.4%至港幣5.956億元,主要原因為客户存款的資金成本上漲。
因此,集團的淨利息收入減少港幣4220萬元或3.0%至港幣13.6億元。來自投資物業公平價值變動的收益增加港幣4090萬元至港幣6260萬元。
