天邦股份(002124.SZ)與海墾控股集團達成戰略合作協議
格隆匯1月16日丨天邦股份(002124.SZ)公佈，為推動業務合作，促進共同發展，公司與海南省農墾投資控股集團有限公司(“海墾控股集團”)就建立業務合作關係達成戰略合作協議。
經總裁辦公會議審議通過，公司與海墾控股集團於2020年1月16日簽訂了《海南省農墾投資控股集團有限公司與天邦食品股份有限公司戰略合作框架協議》。
此次合作圍繞墾區“八八戰略”，雙方共同面對非瘟疫情，提高生豬防疫保障能力，促進生豬產業及海墾畜牧、水產養殖轉型升級。海墾控股集團發揮國企的政策優勢、資金優勢、產業優勢以及墾區土地資源優勢，公司發揮全產業鏈的資源優勢、技術優勢以及人才優勢，雙方通過投融資互動和產業基金合作，共同推動海南生豬及水產養殖產業升級，實現雙方共同發展的目標。
合作內容如下：1.雙方同意形成戰略合作伙伴關係，共同構建海南島內的生豬養殖核心防疫及保障能力。圍繞海南打造“動植物種質資源中轉基地”，雙方共同投資核心種豬場以及建立生豬全產業鏈管理體系。
2. 雙方基於海南未來海洋經濟發展的巨大潛力，聚焦水產養殖產業投資發展。通過引入世界領先的技術合作，推動蝦養殖產業生產、供應、加工以及銷售全產業鏈的投資與運營管理體系建設。
3．雙方以中央12號文件精神設立的“海南農墾農業產業投資基金及海南農墾產業發展股權投資基金”為合作基礎，共同構建畜牧水產業產融互動合作模式。
4. 雙方建立合作長效機制，形成人才、信息、技術、市場各類要素的對接，形成雙方相同業務相互促進、關聯業務相互補充、不同業務相互關注的良好合作局面。
公司與海墾控股集團簽訂戰略合作協議，能夠實現優勢互補，強強聯合，通過與海墾控股集團在生豬產業、水產養殖、產融結合等方面展開合作，公司能夠加快育種體系建設，擴大生豬生產規模，拓展公司高端水產飼料市場，從而更有效地發揮公司在育種研發、生豬養殖運營、高端水產飼料技術方面的優勢。
