銀城生活服務(01922.HK)擬就從事家庭裝修業務成立合營
格隆匯1月16日丨銀城生活服務(01922.HK)公告,於2020年1月16日,銀城物業服務與銀城建設訂立合營企業協議,據此,訂約方同意成立合營企業,主要從事家庭裝修業務。
集團為中國一間着名的物業管理服務供應商,於提供多元化物業管理服務及生活社區增值服務方面擁有逾20年行業經驗,而銀城建設為一間主要從事家庭裝修及裝飾業務的公司。透過訂約方成立合營企業所締造的協同效應,董事會相信該合作可擴大本集團提供的生活社區增值服務的範圍,從而新增本集團過往並無從事的家庭裝修業務,加強本集團於物業管理行業的市場地位。
