精功科技(002006.SZ)上修業績預告 2019年度預虧0.9億元-1.3億元
格隆匯1月16日丨精功科技(002006.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告修正公告。修正前，公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動區間為虧損1.3億元至虧損1.6億元；修正後，公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤變動區間為虧損0.9億元至虧損1.3億元，而上年同期為盈利573.21萬元。
業績修正原因説明：
1、2019年12月4日，山東省東營市中級人民法院裁定批准了包括公司光伏裝備融資租賃客户山東大海新能源發展有限公司(下稱“大海新能源”)在內的山東大海集團等57家企業的《山東大海集團有限公司等五十七家公司合併重整計劃》(下稱“《重整計劃》”)。截至本公告披露日，公司已收到其管理人支付的光伏裝備融資租賃項目普通債權現金清償款273.21萬元。
根據《重整計劃》的規定，公司申報並經管理人確認的債權現金清償部分已執行完畢，公司光伏裝備融資租賃業務合作租賃公司——上海金聚融資租賃有限公司申報的債權現金清償事項尚待執行。以信託計劃債轉股清償部分尚未收到管理人信託計劃方案，尚不能確定公司以資抵債方式實現債權的綜合受償情況。
根據上述情況，按照《重整計劃》的規定並結合管理人債權的清償進度，公司前期對支付大海新能源融資租賃項目的風險保證金及墊付的租金所計提的4429.92萬元壞賬準備金，在不計算以資抵債方式實現的債權的未來持有和處置收益的情況下，預計可轉回1074.88萬元，由此將減少公司2019年度的虧損，上述已提壞賬準備金的轉回屬於非經常性損益。
2、2019年第四季度以來，公司持續加強對應收款的催收工作並取得了一定的成效。其中2019年12月底母公司的應收賬款原值餘額比9月底下降4000餘萬元，從而相應減少了母公司應收賬款壞賬準備金的計提，減少了公司2019年度的虧損。
上述主要因素導致本次業績預告修正數據與前次業績預告數據存在較大差異。
