遠大控股(000626.SZ)連續2個漲停 能否成為中紡油脂(天津)的最終重整投資人存不確定性
格隆匯1月15日丨遠大控股(000626.SZ)公佈，公司股票日收盤價格漲幅偏離值連續2個交易日(2020年1月14、15日)累計偏離20.45%，屬於《深圳證券交易所交易規則》規定的交易異常波動。
公司根據深交所《股票上市規則》等規定，對有關事項進行了必要的核實，現説明如下：
1、2019年12月17日，公司召開第九屆董事會2019年度第十三次會議,審議通過了《公司參與中紡油脂(天津)有限公司破產重整招募投資人報價》的議案，同意公司參與中紡油脂(天津)有限公司破產重整招募投資人報價，以期受讓中紡油脂(天津)有限公司100%股權。截止到公告日，公司已參與管理人組織的第一輪投資人報價，由於各投資人的報價均未達到管理人底價，公司正在等待管理人後續的招募安排。公司能否成為最終重整投資人並開展談判、簽署協議等均存在不確定性，敬請廣大投資者理性投資、注意風險。
2、2019年12月10日，公司全資子公司遠大物產集團有限公司的控股子公司遠大生水資源有限公司收到國家税務總局寧波國家高新技術產業開發區税務局《税務事項通知書》，要求對遠大生水資源有限公司收到的部分增值税專用發票進行核查。截止到公告日，遠大生水資源有限公司已向相關税務部門提交了業務合同、銀行憑證、運輸倉儲證明等有關説明材料，相關税務部門正在對上述事項進行核查，敬請廣大投資者理性投資、注意風險。
3、公司全資子公司遠大物產集團有限公司的控股子公司遠大石化有限公司因涉嫌操縱期貨市場案於2018年被移送到撫順市中級人民法院提起公訴，遠大石化有限公司已於2017年度將5.60億元扣押款劃至有關部門指定賬户，並暫按扣押款金額計提了預計損失。截止到公告日，案件尚在審理過程中，敬請廣大投資者理性投資、注意風險。
4、公司於2016年度實施了重大資產重組，因重組標的資產業績承諾未實現，寧波至正投資管理有限公司及金波等25名自然人需向公司進行補償。公司2018年度第一次臨時股東大會審議批准了《公司重大資產重組標的資產業績承諾未實現的補償實施方案(修訂稿)》, 根據該補償實施方案，補償分兩次進行。截止到公告日，第一次補償已經完成，第二次補償尚未實施完畢，敬請廣大投資者理性投資、注意風險。
