精工鋼構(600496.SH)：2019年度承接新業務金額升14.45%至140.42億元
格隆匯1月15日丨精工鋼構(600496.SH)披露2019年第四季度經營數據的公告，2019年1月至12月，公司(包括控股子公司)累計承接新業務467項，累計承接金額140.42億元，較去年同期增長14.45%；承接億元以上訂單26項，較去年增長13.04%，合同金額61.21億元，較去年同期增長29.57%。各業務板塊訂單情況如下：
1、公共建築板塊較去年同期增長了84.70%，主要原因為公司在傳統鋼結構分包的模式基礎上尋求升級，即從乙方的乙方(專業分包)向甲方的甲方(EPC總承包)轉變，帶來了公司業務承接規模和億元訂單的增長。公共建築板塊承接億元以上訂單11項，較去年增長37.50%，合計金額39.92億元，較去年同期增長143.41%。
2、工業建築業務較去年同期增長了14.12%。主要原因為公司繼續發揮品牌效應、深耕細分領域及新興市場，加強客户黏性。工業建築訂單中，來源於新興戰略產業訂單佔工業建築新接訂單的80%，老客户的訂單佔工業建築新接訂單的56.63%。工業建築承接億元以上訂單7項，較去年增長40%,合計金額9.46億元，較去年同期增長19.29%。
3、商業建築基本保持穩健，業務承接金額較去年同期基本持平。商業建築承接億元以上訂單7項，數量較去年同期持平，合同金額10.54億元，較去年同期增長10.02%。
4、裝配式建築業務，報告期內業務區域進一步擴大，通過技術加盟模式打開了河南新鄉和湖南懷化區域市場，獲得兩單新的技術加盟業務，合同金額1億元。截至2019年底，公司已通過技術加盟模式開拓了六大區域市場。同時，直營EPC業務仍深耕本地市場。報告期內，浙江省出台了《裝配式建築評價標準》，要求裝配式建築的裝配化率達到50%以上，這對集成化率高的綠築GBS業務有利。公司已在此政策推動下，於2020年1月初承接“新紹興體校項目”和“鏡湖總部工程”兩個項目，合同金額累計6.85億元。公司將繼續借助浙江省對裝配式建築及鋼結構住宅的政策推動力，進一步加快公司綠築GBS技術的推進及成果轉化。
