新源萬恆控股(02326.HK):出售電力公司股權期限延後至3月31日
格隆匯1月15日丨新源萬恆控股(02326.HK)發佈公告,有關建議出售電力公司全部股權。2020年1月15日,賣方與買方訂立延期函件,據此,賣方與買方均同意將期限日從2020年1月15日延後至2020年3月31日。延後期限日乃主要由於賣方及買方均獲有關中國政府機構告知,需要額外時間為買賣協議項下擬進行的交易授予必要之批准及同意。除延後期限日外,買賣協議所有其他條款及條件維持不變。
