方源資本購入貓眼娛樂重要少數股權，貓眼CEO鄭志昊參與跟投
2020年1月15日，北京——中國領先的互聯網娛樂服務平台貓眼娛樂（以下簡稱“貓眼”）今日宣佈，亞洲領先的私募股權投資機構方源資本購入其重要少數股權，貓眼娛樂CEO鄭志昊參與跟投。
根據週三的公告，方源資本（亞洲）有限公司的一位代表已獲貓眼董事會任命為非執行董事，從2020年1月15日起生效。
方源資本是一家亞洲領先的市場化獨立運作的私募股權投資機構，也是中國文娛體育領域經驗最豐富、業績最優秀的投資者之一，主導了分眾傳媒、Amer Sports、IMAX中國、Endeavor中國、Pure、新浪等標誌性投資。方源資本專注於對行業領軍企業的長期投資，並與管理團隊密切合作，為被投企業在戰略、運營、財務和資本市場等方面提供幫助，推動企業成長，創造卓越價值。

自宣佈“貓眼全文娛戰略”以來，貓眼2019年業務發展迅速，參與出品或發行《流浪地球》、《我和我的祖國》、《飛馳人生》、《葉問4》等43部電影作品，以及《長安十二時辰》、《老酒館》、《老中醫》等近10部熱播劇集，併為上述內容提供了數據、營銷等多方面服務。現場娛樂領域，貓眼擔任了《陳情令》、RISE男團、林俊杰、周杰倫等多家頂級藝人或知名IP的眾多熱門演出場次的票務總代，並且從現場娛樂票務平台，進階為全程宣發平台，為藝人提供了全案營銷的服務。貓眼與戰略股東騰訊共同發起的“騰貓聯盟”，進展進一步落地，在電影、劇集、視頻等領域均已公開宣佈多項業務合作。
此外，貓眼已經建成具有2.5億以上用户量的小程序生態和2億以上粉絲量的新媒體矩陣，成為了電影電視作品宣發的重要渠道。另據Questmobile數據顯示，貓眼APP已成長為電影演出票務領域最領先的應用。
互聯網研究諮詢機構艾瑞的報告顯示，中國娛樂市場已成為僅次於美國的世界第二大市場，2018年市場規模達到1.7萬億元（2440億美元），並預計於2022年進一步增至3.2萬億元。科技及移動互聯網的發展、消費升級及日益增長的消費能力、更多元化及量身定製的娛樂形式將是中國娛樂市場強勁增長的主要因素。
