協同通信(01613.HK)擬折讓17.36%配發8.6億股籌資8590萬港元及擬實施股份合併
格隆匯1月14日丨協同通信(01613.HK)宣佈,於2020年1月14日,公司與認購人林少新先生訂立認購協議,公司擬按每股認購股份0.1港元發行8.6億股新股份,佔已發行股份總數約19.99%;及經發行認購股份擴大已發行股份約16.66%。每股認購股份0.1港元較1月14日收市價每股0.121港元折讓約17.36%。
發行認購股份的所得款項的淨額約為8590萬港元。公司擬將自認購事項產生的所得款項淨額用作集團的一般營運資金或出現機會時用於進一步投資,但於本公告日期尚未物色到具體投資目標。
此外,董事會亦公佈考慮到股份每手買賣單位價值低於2,000港元,公司建議實行股份合併。股份合併詳情將於適時公佈。
