國華(00370.HK)擬斥資4100萬元收購崇明島重要地段商業地塊
格隆匯1月14日丨國華(00370.HK)發佈公告,2020年1月14日,公司全資附屬深圳國華建業實業有限公司作為買方與寧波思行信息科技有限公司訂立協議,據此,買方同意收購江蘇美麗空間建築設計產業發展有限公司100%股權,總代價為人民幣4100萬元。
江蘇美麗空間建築設計產業發展有限公司於2014年3月成立,由賣方全資擁有。於該公佈日期,其註冊資本為人民幣3000萬元,已悉數繳足,主要於中國從事物業發展。其持有該地塊的土地使用權,該地塊位於江蘇省海門市海永鄉海永大道,總佔地面積為4.7519萬平方米,規劃作商業用途。
公告表示,該地塊位於崇明島的重要地段,崇明島為中國第三大島,並鄰近上海。集團擬於該地塊發展可銷售物業,此舉可為集團提供多元化收入來源。
