易世達(300125.SZ)：沃達工業大麻(雲南)取得《投資項目備案證》
格隆匯1月14日丨易世達(300125.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年10月9日召開的2019年第三次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於使用超募資金投資建設工業大麻基材產香薄片及其產品生產加工項目的議案》，同意公司與漢麻投資集團有限公司(漢麻集團)簽署《合資合作合同》，由公司及/或全資子公司使用超募資金與漢麻集團共同投資設立合資公司，負責建設工業大麻基材產香薄片生產基地和工業大麻素加熱不燃燒非煙製品加工基地項目。根據《合資合作合同》的約定，公司決定由全資子公司聆達生物科技(上海)有限責任公司具體實施上述投資項目，與漢麻集團共同設立合資公司。上述合資公司“沃達工業大麻(雲南)有限責任公司”已於2019年10月25日完成註冊登記。
2020年1月14日，沃達工業大麻(雲南)有限責任公司取得《投資項目備案證》，項目名稱：工業大麻基材產香薄片(香珠、香片)生產項目；擬開工時間(年)：2020-02-01；擬建成時間(年)：2022-01-31；建設區域：經濟開發區；建設地點：雲南省昆明經開區洛羊街道辦事處雲景路信息產業基地25號地塊昆明電子信息類工業標準廠房(一期)1幢1層101號；所屬行業：1499其他未列明食品製造建設性質：新建；總投資(萬元)：40000；建設規模及內容：
(1)項目將通過租賃現有廠房以及後期自建廠房，根據安監、消防和環保的要求進行水電相關配套設施等設計改造以滿足生產。
(2)項目建成後，年加工能力約3000噸植物香珠、香片。其中：適用於煙草及醫藥行業的傳統植物香珠、香片約2000噸；具有高附加值的特色產品約1000噸。
(3)植物香珠生產：從已經取得工業大麻花葉加工許可證的工廠，購買已經完全提取乾淨的殘渣，以及定向收購省內特色芳香植物，按照一定的配方進行混合，採用超微粉碎機，粉碎到一定尺寸，通過造粒設備將植物粉、膠粘劑和特色香料進行混合造粒。通過粒徑分選、熱風烘乾，形成幾個適用範圍不同的產品體系，根據使用方式進行袋裝或箱裝保存。
(4)植物香片生產：從已經取得工業大麻花葉加工許可證的工廠，購買已經完全提取乾淨的殘渣，以及定向收購省內特色芳香植物，按照一定的配方進行混合，進入高速粉碎機，粉碎到一定尺寸，同時將木漿漿板按照一定均勻長度精磨，其間不涉及產生污水，且過程無其他污染物排出，將所有原料粉末、木漿纖維和膠粘劑和特色香料進行混合均勻，同時添加部分潔淨水，保證漿料一定的流動性，然後通過噴漿器將漿料均勻噴在不鏽鋼帶網上，經過熱風和紅外混合加熱，再最後根據不同的產品，形成幾個適用範圍不同的產品體系，根據使用方式不同而切割成均勻的小片裝箱。另外，也會使用卷片機將其捲成均勻的卷裝，再抽真空裝箱保存。
