易世達(300125.SZ)：鑫港新能源公司於1月11日停止生產
格隆匯1月14日丨易世達(300125.SZ)公佈，大連易世達新能源發展股份有限公司(公司、易世達)於近日收到參股公司淄博鑫港新能源有限公司(鑫港新能源公司)的通知，其上游淄博鑫港燃氣有限公司(鑫港燃氣公司)由於政策性原因停產，已發《告知函》通知鑫港新能源公司於2020年1月11日停止生產。
淄博鑫港新能源有限公司，成立於2010年8月12日，註冊資本5000萬元；註冊地址：淄博高新區衞固鎮傅山工業園(淄博鑫港燃氣有限公司院內)；經營範圍：幹熄焦餘熱發電、餘熱蒸汽的經營與銷售；新能源開發及利用；企業用能狀況診斷；節能技術改造與節能技術諮詢服務(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
根據《淄博市人民政府辦公室關於印發淄博市煤炭消費壓減工作總體方案（2019-2020年)的通知》(淄政辦字[2019]84號)文件精神，淄博市高新區在2019年12月31日正式下發通知要求淄博鑫港燃氣有限公司進入關停程序。
淄博鑫港新能源有限公司主要利用上游淄博鑫港燃氣有限公司焦爐生產的熾熱焦炭的熱能，經過幹熄焦工藝，提取紅焦熱能進行發電生產。鑫港新能源公司實為廠中廠，租用鑫港燃氣公司土地運行，熾熱焦炭的熱能是供鑫港新能源公司進行餘熱發電生產的唯一原料來源。因此，淄博市政府關停鑫港燃氣公司，作為焦炭幹熄唯一生產工藝，必然導致鑫港新能源公司停產。鑫港燃氣公司於2020年1月8日以《告知函》形式通知鑫港新能源公司，鑫港燃氣公司於2020年1月11日前焦爐內停止裝煤並焦炭推空工作，進入焦爐降温工況，直至其他輔助設備全部停車運行。據此，鑫港新能源公司於2020年1月11日停止接收紅焦，幹熄爐及其他輔助進入降温停爐工況，被迫停止生產。
淄博鑫港新能源有限公司作為公司的參股公司，不納入公司合併報表範圍，目前被迫停產，尚需根據淄博市政府對鑫港燃氣公司整體關停的工作進展而適時開展相關工作，暫未進入清算程序，經初步預測，對公司2019年度經營成果不會產生重大影響，對公司未來經營業績的影響尚存在不確定性。
