富邦股份(300387.SZ)擬與中關村大數據產業聯盟共設北京富邦土壤大數據研究院
格隆匯1月14日丨富邦股份(300387.SZ)公佈，圍繞數字農業中長期戰略規劃，促進以土壤為入口的種植業綜合服務方案的快速落地，充分利用北京市人才、政策區位優勢，整合研發資源，公司與中關村大數據產業聯盟擬出資1000萬元對外投資設立北京富邦土壤大數據研究院有限公司(“北京富邦土壤大數據研究院”，以工商登記核准名稱為準)，作為公司在土壤大數據等前瞻性領域的研究與產業化載體；其中，公司擬以自有資金出資900萬元，持股比例為90%；中關村大數據產業聯盟擬以自有資金出資100萬元，持股比例為10%。
北京富邦土壤大數據研究院有限公司(以工商登記核准信息為準)經營模式：首先，對土壤大數據相關技術進行篩選、試驗、驗證、示範，採用許可、授權、合作等方式獲取急需的技術，縮短研發週期；其次，根據公司數字農業發展戰略，對土壤大數據進行前瞻性技術研發工作，提前儲備核心技術；還將與境內外高校、科研機構合作，構建國際領先的土壤大數據研發能力與科技成果轉化能力，最終加速土壤大數據成果產業化，使土壤大數據成為公司數字農業的入口。
此次擬設立北京富邦土壤大數據研究院，是為了充分利用北京市人才、政策區位優勢，整合研發資源，加強土壤大數據有關前沿科學研究，進一步提升公司核心競爭力；也是響應國家技術創新戰略的要求，發揮公司、科研院所的研發創新優勢，進一步促進公司產業結構升級。
隨着我國5G正式商用，將對農業傳感器、農業物聯網等領域帶來深遠的影響，為提前佈局相關技術及項目儲備，北京富邦土壤大數據研究院將結合5G、區塊鏈等前沿科技對土壤傳感器、土壤大數據系統進行深度研發創新，致力於用5G技術平台提升土壤傳感器數據的傳輸效率，適時精準的採集土壤養分、土壤墒情等數據；用區塊鏈技術方案解決土壤數據的採集者、分析者、使用者的信任問題，促使採集方式合理，分析流程科學，結果使用客觀，數據有償使用，打造土壤大數據數據研究與數字治理體系；最終根據土壤大數據對農業耕地、林業土壤、荒漠化、工業污染土地、礦山的土壤檢測、土壤修復與土壤治理進行應用場景開發。
此次擬設立北京富邦土壤大數據研究院，符合公司數字農業發展規劃，有利於完善公司數字農業產業鏈佈局，對公司的未來財務情況和經營成果具有積極的經濟效益，不存在損害公司及股東合法利益的情形。
