新時達(002527.SZ)：“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”延期
格隆匯1月14日丨新時達(002527.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年1月14日召開了第四屆董事會第二十五次會議及第四屆監事會第十六次會議審議通過了《關於部分募集資金投資項目延期的議案》，同意根據部分募集資金投資項目實際情況對其竣工投產時間做出調整，此次部分募投項目延期事項無需提交股東大會審議。
自募投項目實施以來，公司根據總體戰略佈局，結合市場的發展趨勢，積極推進募投項目實施工作，但受到行業、市場變化等因素影響，以及募投項目建設過程中存在較多不可控因素，進而導致“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”實施時間落後於原計劃。截止目前，“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”的新建廠房及內部裝飾已經建設完畢，正在竣工驗收，設備採購製作正在進行中。
公司結合當前募集資金投資項目的實際建設情況和投資進度，針對其中募集資金投資項目“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”在項目實施主體、募集資金投資用途及投資規模均不發生變更的情況下，擬對其達到預定可使用狀態的時間進行調整，由原計劃的2019年12月31日延長至2020年12月31日。
“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”整體工程量較大，為保證本項目質量，公司加強了對本項目各個環節的驗收工作。同時，由於市場變化對產品的質量和生產工藝提出了更高的要求，公司為保持產品核心競爭力，在充分論證和評估的基礎上，公司計劃對已有設備進行進一步調試，同時對後續新設備的選型與安裝調試工作也提出更高的技術要求，安裝調試時間會適當延長。為降低募集資金的投資風險，保障資金的安全、合理、有效運用，同時結合公司中長期發展戰略，公司採取審慎的態度，在綜合考慮整體技術創新需求的基礎上，放緩了“機器人及關鍵零部件與運動控制系統產品智能化製造項目”的投資進度。
