《即日市评》恒指两万九得而复失 濠赌股逆市跑出
市场观望中美公布首阶段贸易协议文本，恒指昨连升三个交易日(累涨867点或3.1%)後，今日先升後回，未能收企两万九关。国务院副总理刘鹤经已抵达美国准备周三签署美中首阶段贸易协议，美财政部把中国剔出汇率操控国名单；美国贸易代表莱特希泽表示，美中贸易协议的翻译已接近完成，将於周三签署仪式前公开，执笔之时美汇指数处97.3900。中国去年12月美元计出口按年升7.6%(高原预期升2.9%)，12月美元计进口按年升16.3%(原预期升9.6%)，上证综指跌近0.3%收3,106，沪深两市成交额共7,019亿人民币。
恒指高开194点见29,149点，但随即向下并倒跌，午後跌幅扩大，尾市曾跌164点，收市跌69点或0.2%，收28,885点；国指跌41点或0.4%，收11,355点。大市全日成交总额1,191.93亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为16.6亿及15.89亿元人民币。腾讯(00700.HK)今日股价回吐1.5%收400.4元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价升0.4%收223.6元，而百威亚太(01876.HK)股价反弹6.5%。
【恒指升後回 阅文遭配股】
阅文集团(00772.HK)今日下挫9%收37.6元，成交额达23.95亿元，私募基金凯雷半年内第二度减持，该股扭转连日升势，成交受市前有一宗4,011万股以每股38元(较昨天收市价折让约8%)非自动对盘上板带动急增至5,096万股，涉资19.4亿元。据销售文件显示，私募基金凯雷计划以每股37.8至39元，配售阅文超过4,114万股持股，套现最多16亿元。
雅生活服务(03319.HK)今日股价下滑5.6%收30.5元，成交额20.8亿元。雅生活服务公布，接到绿地金融通知，其全资附属及公司之主要股东绿地海外於1月13日出售公司5,000万股H股，均价为每股30.2元。完成後，绿地金融在公司的持股比例由11.25%降至7.5%，但减持不影响绿地金融的控股公司绿地控股与公司的战略合作。
【市宽见转弱 赌股逆市扬】
港股今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率为21比22(上日为26比19)；恒指成份股今日24只股份上升，下跌股份25只，升跌比率为48比50(上日为76比22)；大市今日录沽空169.34亿元，占可沽空股份成交972.18亿元的17.419%。
濠赌股逆市上扬，金沙中国(01928.HK)及银娱(00027.HK)股价走高3.1%及2.3%，澳博控股(00880.HK)抽高3.9%收10.34元。麦格理发表报告表示，据其透过行业渠道了解，澳门今年1月首十二天博彩收入录8.58亿澳门元，较去年1月同期高7%，较去年12月同期升17%，指近一周日均赌收录8.85亿澳门元，高於本月首五天日均赌收8.2亿澳门元，同时观察到贵宾厅收入异常高企，而核心中场及贵宾厅表现均见改善。
麦格理估计，澳门今年1月赌收将按年跌1%至持平，估计农历新年前会有所放缓。该行称投资者关注澳门2019年首季贵宾厅赢率异常高企(为3.3%以上水平)，该行料澳门目前贵宾厅赢率处3%至3.1%，对比以往传统水平为2.85%。
