中金公司:微盟集團(02013.HK)SaaS與精準營銷業務增長強勁,上調目標價至6.9港元
中金公司發佈對微盟集團(02013.HK)的評級報告,給予微盟集團推薦評級,上調目標價6.9港元。中金公司表示,對微盟集團在SaaS業務和精準營銷業務方面的持續增長充滿信心。考慮到智慧零售和商業雲業務的持續放量,2020年SaaS業務有望同比增長41.1%至7.07億元;精準營銷業務2020年流水將增長56.8%至79.7億元。預計微盟集團淨利潤將同比增長239%至1.79億元。
中金公司表示,為形成封閉的商業循環,小程序增加了更多功能,例如直播工具、品牌驗證和物流工具。2019年,小程序的總交易額高達8,000億元,同比增長160%,小程序月活躍用户量超3億。同時,微信小程序框架也已發佈,這個運行環境能讓硬件在脱離微信的環境下運行微信小程序,這意味着微盟集團的產品將來可能會在刷卡機、自動售貨機、跑步機和智能電視等更多場合使用。
中金公司預計微盟集團2019年SaaS業務收入同比增長44.3%至5.01億元,主要得益於商業雲、智慧零售業務的迅猛發展,使微盟集團不僅可以開拓中小型企業市場,而且還可以滲透到大中型企業。聯想和勁霸男裝等都是微盟集團的智慧零售樣板客户。精準營銷業務方面,考慮到騰訊渠道的強勁增長以及字節跳動帶來的新流量來源,中金公司預計2019年的流水達51億元,。
中金公司預計,微盟集團將在研發和營銷方面的增加投資,其中SaaS業務的淨虧損可控並將保持強勁的收入增長勢頭。精準營銷業務方面,中金公司預計淨利潤為人民幣2.20億元;考慮到騰訊渠道政策利好,預計毛轉換率將保持穩定。
考慮到微盟集團強大的SaaS業務(主要是智能零售解決方案)以及精準營銷的流水(預計2019年為51億元,2020年為80億元),中金公司將微盟集團在2019及2020年的收入預測分別調整至14億元和21億元。因SaaS業務投資增加,中金公司預測2019及2020年調整後淨利潤為5300萬元和1.79億元。2021年收入預測28.6億元(同比增長35.4%)和淨利潤預測3.40億元(同比增長92.6%)。維持跑贏行業評級。上調微盟集團目標價3%至6.9港元,較當前股價有63%的上漲空間。
微盟集團已做好準備迎接增長新機遇,中金公司表示,微盟集團在其SaaS產品中提供直播服務,使商家可以直接輕鬆地與客户聯繫,同時,微盟集團允許商家發放優惠券,中金公司相信,微盟集團已經做好充分準備在微信生態系統中挖掘新的增長機會。
