鼎龍股份(300054.SZ)：2019年淨利預降80%-95%
格隆匯1月14日丨鼎龍股份(300054.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1465.65萬元-5862.62萬元，同比下降80%-95%。
此次業績預告歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比大幅下滑主要系：
1、受宏觀經濟形勢及行業政策變化的影響，根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，公司在2019年度報告中對商譽及資產進行減值測試。經初步測算，對商譽、應收賬款、存貨及固定資產減值總額約為1.98億元。最終減值準備計提的金額將由公司聘請的具備證券期貨從業資格的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
面對複雜多變的經濟環境，公司積極應對市場形勢，通過加快在硒鼓行業的整合及產業佈局，加強成本管理，挖潛增效，減輕市場環境等對公司業績的不利影響，為長期快速發展奠定基礎。
2、2019年5月-8月期間，公司本部工廠停產進行環保整改，在加大環保設施投入及開支的同時，亦影響到彩色碳粉等產品的生產及銷售，並造成停工損失；同時，公司調整了相關業務：停止在本部工廠生產電荷調節劑產品，調整出來的廠房及產能用於其他相關產品製造(建設中)。公司也將繼續深入貫徹習近平生態文明思想和習近平總書記視察湖北重要講話精神，把企業環保治理管理放在企業發展首位，更加積極主動地承擔企業社會責任，更加嚴格執行國家環保相關規定。
3、公司光電半導體新業務正處於產品攻堅階段，公司繼續加大了對CMP拋光墊、PI漿料等新項目的研發費用開支，相關業務也隨着公司的持續投入及全力推動逐步取得成效，將為公司未來業績發展帶來新的增長空間。
預計公司本報告期的非經常性損益約為4200萬元，上年同期為1075.83萬元。本期非經常性損益主要系股權處置收益、業績補償收入及政府補助。
