亞太科技(002540.SZ)收到熱交換器用材料技術評審證書
格隆匯1月13日丨亞太科技(002540.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到全國鍋爐壓力容器標準化技術委員會熱交換器分技術委員會(“容標委”)簽發的《熱交換器用材料技術評審證書》(“《技術評審證書》”)：公司超長無縫鋁合金管通過容標委組織的技術評審；公司提交的企業標準《繞管式熱交換器用超長鋁合金管訂貨技術條件》符合GB/T150-2011《壓力容器》及GB/T151-2014《熱交換器》的相關規定；依照此企業標準生產的管材在規定範圍內可用作繞管式熱交換器用管。
證書名稱：熱交換器用材料技術評審證書；認證內容：公司採用自行冶煉的5049鋁合金材料，經擠壓、冷拔、退火等加工工藝製造的超長無縫鋁合金管，已通過全國鍋爐壓力容器標準化技術委員會熱交換器分技術委員會組織的技術評審。所提交的企業標準Q/320211PBY01-2019《繞管式熱交換器用超長鋁合金管訂貨技術條件》(備案號：CHEC-Q-002-2019)符合GB/T150-2011《壓力容器》及GB/T151-2014《熱交換器》的相關規定。依照此企業標準生產的管材，在下述範圍內，可用作繞管式熱交換器用管：設計温度-200℃~+65℃；設計壓力不大於10.0MPa；管徑8.5mm~15.0mm；壁厚1.0mm~1.5mm。
2014年11月4日，公司全資子公司無錫海特鋁業有限公司(“海特鋁業”)與中海石油氣電集團有限責任公司(“氣電集團”)就高技術船舶科研項目“大型LNG繞管式換熱器研製”相關事項完成了《合作協議書》的簽署，該合作旨在打破國外技術壟斷，提升我國能源的裝備水平，擺脱大型液化裝置關鍵設備完全依賴國外的情況，併為中國的能源安全提供技術保障；2016年10月，LNG繞管式換熱器樣機的設計、製造和檢驗技術的研究專題通過氣電集團組織的專家審查。
此次《技術評審證書》的獲得是公司繞管式換熱器用管從研製開發到工業化應用的又一次突破，是對公司產品性能、相關企業標準的充分肯定。超長無縫鋁合金管是繞管式熱交換器的重要部件，此次《技術評審證書》的獲得有助於進一步提升公司產品在化工、海陸天然氣液化裝置等繞管式熱交換器應用領域的研發能力和行業影響力，為公司在產品創新及市場開拓方面提供有力支持，有利於公司培育新的利潤增長點。
