格隆匯1月13日丨天龍集團(300063.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年1月13日收到持股5%以上股東程宇的《股份減持進展情況告知函》,截至2020年1月10收盤,程宇通過集中競價交易方式累計減持公司股份約749.0萬股。鑑於程宇股份變動比例達到1%。
此次減持後,程宇直接持有公司股份6566.85萬股,通過與其配偶共同出資設立的蕪湖聯企投資諮詢合夥企業間接持有公司股份1429.2萬股,合計持有天龍集團股份7996.05萬股,持股比例為10.68%。
