聯創光電(600363.SH):“高光效長壽命半導體照明關鍵技術與產業化”項目獲國家科學技術進步一等獎
格隆匯1月13日丨聯創光電(600363.SH)公佈,2020年1月10日,中共中央、國務院在北京隆重舉行國家科學技術獎勵大會。公司的控股子公司廈門華聯電子股份有限公司(“華聯電子”)參與的由中國科學院半導體研究所牽頭聯合完成的“高光效長壽命半導體照明關鍵技術與產業化”項目獲得“國家科學技術進步一等獎”,證書編號2019-J-219-1-01-D03;華聯電子榮譽董事長、董事範玉缽亦因該項目同獲“國家科學技術進步一等獎”,證書編號2019-J-219-1-01-R06。
“高光效長壽命半導體照明關鍵技術與產業化”項目面向半導體照明產品光電轉化效率、長期工作可靠性等核心技術難題,從半導體照明材料、芯片、封裝、模組與應用全鏈條開展產研聯合技術攻關,突破了全鏈條自主可控的半導體照明關鍵技術,實現了全球最大規模的LED芯片技術產業化與核心器件國產化,引領我國由傳統照明向半導體照明產業技術進步與轉型,成果整體技術通過行業內知名專家鑑定達到國際先進水平。
華聯電子在該項目中主要負責LED高可靠半導體照明器件封裝關鍵技術方面的研發工作。項目團隊深入研究LED模組多維均勻散熱技術與封裝產業化技術,牽頭“十城萬盞”LED示範工程順利實施,並與上下游單位緊密合作,通過共同承擔國家及地方科研任務、產業合作、標準立項等方式,開展“低成本、高可靠、標準化的LED照明及智能集成系統”、“半導體照明LED外延、芯片和封裝關鍵技術研發與產業化”、“高效白光LED封裝技術與封裝材料研究”及“高可靠高效半導體照明關鍵技術”等課題的聯合科技攻關,解決LED封裝產業共性技術難題,推廣應用超低熱阻封裝與熱通道管理技術,以獲得高可靠長壽命LED產品。
該項目承載的以LED為核心器件的新一代半導體照明光源具有高效節能、綠色環保等顯著特點,自主開發高光效長壽命的半導體照明關鍵技術,對於推動我國半導體照明產業發展具有重大意義。
國家科學技術進步一等獎是由國務院頒發的代表國內科技創新最高水平的榮譽之一,也是科技創新重大成果的集中體現。該項目形成的高光效、長壽命半導體照明成套技術,關鍵指標達到國際領先水平,項目的實施帶動了中國半導體照明產業迅速發展,項目成果可實現大規模產業化推廣,節能效果顯著。
此次華聯電子及其榮譽董事長、董事範玉缽獲得“國家科學技術進步一等獎”,體現了公司在國內科技領域的技術創新優勢和研發實力,有助於進一步提升公司產品的市場競爭力和品牌影響力。
