中国人造肉公司「珍肉」今年目标集资200万美元
中国人造肉初创企业「珍肉」创办人吕中茗向《CNBC》表示,希望今年筹集约200万美元资金,将用於拓展中国市场,以及应对来自美国的Beyond Meat与Impossible Foods的潜在挑战。
珍肉成立不到一年已经成功集资约500万人民币,吕中茗表示公司正在与欧洲、美国及中国投资者就此轮融资进行积极磋商。
珍肉的人造肉主要由豌豆蛋白制成,具有猪肉及牛肉味道,去年就曾经推出人造肉月饼。
