外電報道,中渝置地(01224.HK)主席張松橋家族斥資2.1億英鎊(折合約21.3億港元)購入英國倫敦市中心一幢毗鄰Hyde Park的豪華住宅物業,成交金額有望打破當地紀錄。據報指,之前紀錄是十年前,一間位於牛津郡的別墅,當時成交價1.4億英鎊。
張松橋家族購入的物業位於Knightsbridge,擁有45間房。張松橋家族發言人透過電郵聲明確認有關交易。
