藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)：總裁李炳容年滿70歲到齡退休 聘劉文靜為總裁
格隆匯1月10日丨藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到公司董事、總裁李炳容的書面辭職報告，李炳容因年滿70歲到齡退休申請辭去公司董事、總裁及董事會戰略委員會委員職務，同時辭去其在子公司擔任的職務，辭職後李炳容將不在公司擔任任何職務。
根據相關規定，公司於2020年1月10日召開第四屆董事會第二十九次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任總裁的議案》和《關於部分副總裁職務調整及增聘副總裁的議案》，公司董事會對部分高級管理人員職務進行調整。
董事會同意聘任劉文靜為公司總裁，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至第四屆董事會任期屆滿時止。公司此次聘任總裁的提名、聘任程序符合《公司章程》等有關規定。
劉文靜2005年-2013年4月擔任公司總經理，2013年4月起擔任公司董事長，有豐富的管理、運營等工作經驗，聘任劉文靜兼任公司總裁職務，將有利於董事會決策在公司管理層的快速落地，促進公司戰略的有效實施，進一步提升公司運營效率。
公司董事會同意對副總裁楊帆職務進行調整，楊帆在擔任公司副總裁的同時，兼任公司心腦血管事業部總經理、新加坡柏盛國際集團(Biosensors International Group Ltd.，“柏盛國際”)首席執行官，全面負責心腦血管事業部的運營、管理等工作。
楊帆在柏盛國際工作多年，參與了公司諸多戰略決策的制定和實施，對柏盛國際的日常經營事務和人員團隊狀況熟悉，董事會認為楊帆擔任公司心腦血管事業部總經理、柏盛國際首席執行官是合適人選。
董事會同意聘任錢克強為公司副總裁，兼任山東吉威醫療製品有限公司(“吉威醫療”)總經理，全面負責心腦血管事業部在大中華區的運營、管理等工作，任職期限至本屆董事會期滿為止。公司此次聘任副總裁的提名、聘任程序符合《公司章程》等有關規定。
錢克強在心腦血管醫療器械耗材領域工作多年，既有大型跨國醫療器械公司管理人員的專業化能力和全球化視野，又具備本土化醫療器械企業的運營管理實踐，公司董事會認為錢克強擔任公司副總裁、吉威醫療總經理是合適人選。
