格隆汇1月9日丨新城发展(01030.HK)发布公告,新城控股(601155.SH)发布2019年12月份及第四季度经营简报,12月份新城控股实现合同销售金额约242.39亿元(人民币,下同),销售面积约244.01万平方米。1-12月累计合同销售金额约2,708.01亿元,比上年同期增长22.48%,累计销售面积约2,432.00万平方米,比上年同期增长34.21%。
