新文化(300336.SZ)：擬與關聯方共設文化產業基金 打造專業化、數據化大文娛宣發服務平台
格隆匯1月9日丨新文化(300336.SZ)公佈，為更好地整合線上線下媒體資源，利用大數據及AI等技術，打造專業化、數據化的大文娛宣發服務平台；並通過產業基金，配合上市公司的業務佈局進行市場整合，提升上市公司營銷發行能力及銷售規模，帶動上市公司獲得更多內容項目的投資機會，形成“投資帶宣發，宣發促投資”業務閉環，增強上市公司的核心競爭力和持續盈利能力，公司及全資子公司匠興股權投資(蘇州)有限公司(“匠興股權投資”)擬與上海雙創文化產業投資中心(有限合夥)(“雙創文化投資”)、上海旭巢企業管理中心(“旭巢企管中心”)和上海雙創投資管理有限公司(“雙創投資”)共同設立上海新文化企業管理中心(有限合夥)(暫定名，以工商註冊為準，“合夥企業”)。
合夥企業擬認繳出資的總額為人民幣6.02億元，其中，新文化作為有限合夥人以自有資金認繳出資2億元，雙創文化投資作為有限合夥人認繳出資2億元，旭巢企管中心作為有限合夥人認繳出資2億元，雙創投資作為普通合夥人認繳出資100萬元，匠興股權投資作為普通合夥人以自有資金認繳出資100萬元。合夥企業將主要投資於文化產業。
2019年7月，公司與上海雙創投資中心(有限合夥)簽訂《全面戰略合作協議》。公司作為上海民營文化傳媒類上市公司，上海雙創投資中心(有限合夥)作為上海市政府的產業引導基金，雙方以戰略合作為開端，不斷探索及挖掘資本和產業層面的合作，致力於推動公司成為上海文化產業做大做強的重要企業平台。此次設立合夥企業由新文化及上海雙創體系共同參與出資設立，為雙方在戰略合作中的重要一環。
合夥企業將依託公司長期沉澱的大型影視、演藝、活動的策劃及製作經驗，全國90多個城市的200多塊LED大屏媒體宣發陣地，以及與上海微盟企業發展有限公司、上海碧虎網絡科技有限公司、宿遷京東拓宏信息技術有限公司、西藏華君廣告有限公司戰略合作的基礎上，結合上海雙創體系在資本層面及業內資源的賦能，實現強強聯合、優勢互補，以獨立運作的形式，打造專業化的大文娛宣發平台。
大文娛宣發平台未來將擁有AI及大數據賦能的全國各類線下大小屏幕媒介資源，形成百城萬屏規模的線下宣發陣地；同時還結合了戰略合作伙伴提供的線上精準營銷資源矩陣，以及公司穩定的藝人資源。線上線下整合後的宣發平台，能夠為影視內容的宣發，大型會展、活動、賽事等頭部項目的招商營銷，提供一攬子基於大小屏互動、系列化短視頻、流量藝人帶貨等全案營銷服務方案，通過工具、流量、運營、創意等全方位的服務，助力大文娛內容實現品效合一。同時有助於公司形成“投資帶宣發，宣發促投資”的產業閉環，優化自有資金結構，提高經營效率，從而推動公司主營業務能力進一步提升。
