博通股份(600455.SH)連續3個漲停 稱公司基本面與高股價不相匹配
格隆匯1月9日丨博通股份(600455.SH)公佈，鑑於公司股票價格近期波動較大，公司現做股票交易風險提示説明如下：
一、公司主營業務為計算機信息化和高等教育(公司控股的西安交通大學城市學院主營高等教育)，目前各主營業務均生產經營情況正常，公司基本面也未發生大的變化。
經公司自查、並2020年1月8日書面徵詢公司第一大股東經發集團，除公司已披露信息之外，公司和經發集團目前均不存在正在籌劃涉及博通股份的重大資產重組、股份發行、收購、債務重組、業務重組、資產剝離、資產注入、股份回購、股權激勵、破產重整、重大業務合作、引進戰略投資者等重大事項；公司實際控制人經開區管委會目前也不存在正在籌劃涉及博通股份的重大資產重組、股份發行、收購、債務重組、業務重組、資產剝離、資產注入、股份回購、股權激勵、破產重整、重大業務合作、引進戰略投資者等重大事項。
二、公司股票2020年1月9日收盤價格為48.18元，相比2019年11月6日收盤價格27.30元，兩個月已累計漲幅達到76.48%，而同期上證A股指數漲幅僅為3.90%，公司股票走勢已經明顯偏離上證A股指數走勢。
三、公司2018年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為316.53萬元，每股收益0.05元，按照2020年1月9日收盤價格48.18元，市盈率為963.6倍；公司2019年1-9月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1820.8萬元(未經審計)，每股收益0.29元，按照2020年1月9日收盤價格48.18元，市盈率為166.14倍。
公司股票的市盈率已經是明顯偏高，公司基本面與此高股價是不相匹配的，敬請投資者注意投資風險。四、此前，公司股票交易2020年1月7日、1月8日連續兩個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達20%，屬於股票交易異常波動，公司已於2020年1月9日披露了《博通股份股票交易異常波動公告》，目前公司相關情況與此公告內容無變化。
