景瑞控股(01862.HK)购回1500万美元票据
格隆汇1月9日丨景瑞控股(01862.HK)公布,截至2020年1月9日,根据2020年票据及2021年票据的条款,公司购回本金总额分别为1000万美元及500万美元的2020年票据及2021年票据。截至本公布日期,各票据项下的赎回总额低于相关票据本金额的10%。该购回票据拟稍后进行注销。
于注销完成后,尚未偿还的2020年票据及2021年票据本金总额将分别为3.9亿美元及1.95亿美元,分别占2020年票据及2021年票据初始本金额的97.5%及97.5%。
