魚躍醫療(002223.SZ)擬8000萬元增資六六視覺 持股增至98.67%
格隆匯1月9日丨魚躍醫療(002223.SZ)公佈，公司擬以自有資金人民幣8000萬元認購公司控股子公司蘇州六六視覺科技股份有限公司(“六六視覺”、“標的公司”)的新增註冊資本人民幣5333.33萬元，其中5333.33萬元計入蘇州六六註冊資本，超過部分計入蘇州六六資本公積，並授權管理層與六六視覺簽署《關於蘇州六六視覺科技股份有限公司之增資協議》，增資完成後，公司持有六六視覺股份比例將增加至98.67%。
蘇州六六視覺科技股份有限公司是專注從事眼科醫療器械研發、生產、銷售及服務的江蘇省民營科技企業，主要產品有裂隙燈顯微鏡、手術顯微鏡、眼科顯微手術器械、眼科電子診療器械、眼科激光醫療儀、人工晶體等六大系列160多個品種、600多種規格。六六視覺的眼科顯微鏡等產品曾被認定為國家級重點新產品，曾獲國家級質量金質獎、銀質獎和國家科技進步獎；人工晶體曾被認定為國家級重點新產品；準分子激光人眼像差矯正系統曾獲國家科技進步二等獎和江蘇省科技進步一等獎；SOM2000DX手術顯微鏡曾被評為江蘇省高新技術產品；摺疊式人工晶體、SOM2000手術顯微鏡曾被評為江蘇省自主創新產品。
目前六六視覺擁有有效期專利21項，其中發明專利6項，實用新型專利10項、外觀設計專利5項，軟件著作權4項，曾主持制定或參與制定過國家標準與行業技術標準20餘項。另外，其擁有一所省級企業技術中心、江蘇省眼科診療器械工程技術研究中心，建有一所博士後企業工作分站，產品技術涵蓋機械、電子、光學、計算機軟件等眾多學科，技術實力雄厚。
公司此次向控股子公司六六視覺增資是基於其經營發展的需要，有利於增強六六視覺自身資金實力，滿足其業務拓展的資金需求，促進其業務的穩步開展，有利於六六視覺降低資產負債率水平，優化債務結構，進一步提升綜合競爭能力。
