伊之密(300415.SZ)簽署土地使用權出讓合同和投資開發建設協議書
格隆匯1月7日丨伊之密(300415.SZ)公佈，2020年1月3日，公司與佛山市順德區大良街道土地發展中心簽訂了《投資開發建設協議書》)；與佛山市自然資源局簽訂了《土地使用權出讓合同》。
簽署的《土地使用權出讓合同》的主要內容
如下：
出讓人：廣東省佛山市自然資源局；受讓人：廣東伊之密精密注壓科技有限公司
宗地位置：順德科技園A區西-10-1地塊；宗地面積：178825.02平方米；土地用途：工業用地；土地使用權出讓年期：50年(自交付土地之日起算)；土地使用權出讓價款：人民幣約1.74億元，每平方米人民幣975元，自簽訂合同之日起30日內一次性支付全部地價款。項目固定資產總投資不低於人民幣85,000萬元，投資強度不低於每平方米人民幣4753.25元；自交地之日起36個月內，項目固定資產總投資(包括廠房、設備、地價款等)不少於人民幣4.5億元。
簽署的《投資開發建設協議書》的主要內容如下：
甲方：佛山市順德區大良街道土地發展中心；乙方：廣東伊之密精密注壓科技有限公司
地塊位置：佛山市順德科技工業園A區西-10-1地塊；宗地面積：178825.02平方米；土地用途：工業用地；產業准入類別：3523塑料加工專用設備製造和3423鑄造機械製造及相關產業範圍內的項目，不得引入限制類、淘汰類的產業，不得引入《外商投資准入特別管理措施(負面清單)2018版》中的“禁止外商投資領域”範圍的產業。土地使用權出讓年限：50年(以《土地使用權出讓合同》約定的時間為準)
土地使用權是裝備行業發展的核心戰略資源，公司此次取得土地使用權有助於公司優化資源配置，滿足公司中長期的發展需要，符合全體股東和公司利益。
此次取得土地使用權事項的資金來源為公司自籌資金，預計不會對公司財務及經營狀況產生重大影響，不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
