伊之密(300415.SZ)簽署土地使用權出讓合同和投資開發建設協議書
格隆匯1月7日丨伊之密(300415.SZ)公佈,2020年1月3日,公司與佛山市順德區大良街道土地發展中心簽訂了《投資開發建設協議書》);與佛山市自然資源局簽訂了《土地使用權出讓合同》。
簽署的《土地使用權出讓合同》的主要內容
如下:
出讓人:廣東省佛山市自然資源局;受讓人:廣東伊之密精密注壓科技有限公司
宗地位置:順德科技園A區西-10-1地塊;宗地面積:178825.02平方米;土地用途:工業用地;土地使用權出讓年期:50年(自交付土地之日起算);土地使用權出讓價款:人民幣約1.74億元,每平方米人民幣975元,自簽訂合同之日起30日內一次性支付全部地價款。項目固定資產總投資不低於人民幣85,000萬元,投資強度不低於每平方米人民幣4753.25元;自交地之日起36個月內,項目固定資產總投資(包括廠房、設備、地價款等)不少於人民幣4.5億元。

甲方:佛山市順德區大良街道土地發展中心;乙方:廣東伊之密精密注壓科技有限公司
地塊位置:佛山市順德科技工業園A區西-10-1地塊;宗地面積:178825.02平方米;土地用途:工業用地;產業准入類別:3523塑料加工專用設備製造和3423鑄造機械製造及相關產業範圍內的項目,不得引入限制類、淘汰類的產業,不得引入《外商投資准入特別管理措施(負面清單)2018版》中的“禁止外商投資領域”範圍的產業。土地使用權出讓年限:50年(以《土地使用權出讓合同》約定的時間為準)
土地使用權是裝備行業發展的核心戰略資源,公司此次取得土地使用權有助於公司優化資源配置,滿足公司中長期的發展需要,符合全體股東和公司利益。
此次取得土地使用權事項的資金來源為公司自籌資金,預計不會對公司財務及經營狀況產生重大影響,不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
