匯豐研究:香港去年12月零售銷售或見改善 予領展(0823.HK)及恆隆地產(0101.HK)“買入”評級
匯豐研究發表報告表示,去年11月香港零售值按年跌23.6%,略高過市場預期,更相信在財富效應下,去年12月零售值跌幅或有所收窄,不過今年上半年整體零售市道仍持續具挑戰,直至8月開始在低基數效應影響下才見好轉。
該行補充,偏好零售收租股多於商廈,主因該板塊近來顯着調整,估值變得相對吸引,如領展(00823.HK)及恆隆地產(00101.HK),均予“買入”評級。當中領展以必需品消費為主將持續帶來穩定股息增長;且其海外投資亦證明其有能力尋找進一步的增長動力。至於恆隆地產則受惠於內地商業項目的租金收益。
