深圳國際(00152.HK)簽訂前海土地出讓合同 確認稅前收益24億
深圳國際(00152.HK)公布,與深圳市前海深港現代服務業合作區管理局簽訂土地使用權出讓合同,涉及兩幅商住用地面積共約4.12萬平方米,出讓價共計22.49億人民幣(約24.99億港元)。預計2019年度績業績帶來稅前收益約21.87億人民幣(約24.3億港元)。
集團將加緊就落實於前海剩餘的土地整備補償約人36.52億民幣(約40.58億港元),與前海管理局及政府相關部門積極磋商並將按照前海管理局的總體規劃,爭取在2020年內獲取前海剩餘的土地整備補償並確認收益。
